Preparation for the "BOOST YOUR LAB" workshop
A simple video course helping the local country owner and the clinic to prepare for the workshop, build an action plan and follow up to find hidden potential in the lab.
Get the basics right
A series of courses helping the clinician to avoid the most common mistakes, know how to do get most out of specific tests
but also how use the lab analyzers they are less familar with...
Diagnosing, managing and monitoring chronic diseases in cats and dogs
We learned from workshops that we often miss the follow up on chronic disease patients.
Often we are good at diagnosing the disease but not at following up. Because...
- We are unsure when, how and what to do
- We don't know what to tell the owner
- We simply forget to send out reminders
Therefore it’s a real low hanging fruit to work more with monitoring chronic diseases.
The courses will cover everything from diagnosis to how and when to follow up and include tools making it easy to implement in a busy clinic
(like flow charts, diagnostic check lists, pet owner communication templates, case stories and much more).
Other support materials
We have created easy quick guides for operating inhouse analyzers, how and when to perform quality control, where and how to send specific lab samples and much more.
Other things in the pipeline are a series of courses on Anesthesia linked to the monitoring chronic disease as well as lunch and learns on specific lab subjects.
We are also currently translating and producing pet owner communication templates for our Brand Management Center so the content can be adapted to the individual clinic very easy.
Again - the whole purpose of the "LAB tool box" is to make your life easier in the lab and gather everything in one place. The content will be growing based on your specific needs.
More to come...
The area of LAB diagnostics is huge. That's is why we try to link and prioritize the development of support content to the real need.
And that is why the outcomes of the workshops are essential to the further development of the "LAB tool box".
